I swim...

because it's a wonderful world underwater
though there are no angelfish
only cholrine dumped in gallons
they burn your eyes
only if you don't wear goggles
I have tons but never wear them
I dont want to be trapped behind a clear glass
that fogs up every two seconds
I loose them
I dont finish homework
my eyes hurt
But I still swim
For ever I will hold my breath

My friends come
I ignore them
They play Marco Polo
I relax and enjoy it's beauty

The drops of water falling off my hair
Drip...
Drip...
Drip...
I close my eyes to block the sunset
and for ever hold my breath
